Job Title: Support Engineer

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates 

Job Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of working experience in Banking Payment application Build and support functions in delivering Agile methodology projects
  • Experience in using testing tools like HPQC and JIRA
  • Exposure to HPALM and Jira Tool
  • Strong .NET and Java based application knowledge (GCC payment application knowledge is desirable- Ejada, CMA, ProgressSoft, etc)
  • Strong SQL and Oracle knowledge.
  • Application knowledge of Middleware tools (IBM MQ/ESB etc.)
  • ITIL practice experience in BAU
  • Willingness to handle multiple payment products within the domain.
