Job Overview
Scrum Master
Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Job Requirements:
- Scrum master expert (scrum of scrum background & understanding)
- SAFe® Agile certification
- End to end project delivery lifecycle (develop full scale plans and establish baselines and associated communication documentation.
- Extensive Banking delivery experience (in the area of Corporate Investment and Global Transactions)
- Perform resource planning to identify all of the resources required to complete the projects successfully
- Manage project dependencies and critical path. Tack project milestones and deliverables.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where required.
- Identify, Manage and Mitigate project risks
- Strong Problem solving skills are required. Arbitration of conflicts within the project teams.
- Technical background (Development, solution design)
- Cloud & premise infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- Stakeholders Communication skills and structure (effectively communicate project expectations to team members, management, stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
