Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description:
- Achieve the target sales
- Generate maximum demand
- Target and reach the right audience
- Cultivate prospect relationships
- Deliver against sales and revenue targets
- Identify opportunities and qualify leads which can be lead to successful businesses
- Prepare offers and solutions for customers
- Support presales/bidding team to prepare commercial proposal
- Identify and promote innovative ICT solutions to clients
- Identify and manage partners for ICT products and services
- Build on existing accounts to drive new business
- Understanding of ICT, construction, energy, transportation, defense, banking, health, education, oil & gas, large enterprises, SMEs and government sectors
- Knowledge of IT and Telecom technologies, solutions, products and services
- Strong negotiator and with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem solving skills, team worker, enthusiastic and positive attitude in day-to-day activities handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in ICT
- Minimum 3 years as a Sales Manager
- Track record of sales achievement within the field of System Integrator and ICT
- Degree (Bachelor/Masters) major in IT or Telecommunications
- MBA in marketing is an advantage
