Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary – AED 4000 – 5000 + other company benefits
Requirements:
- Nationality – Filipino
- Gender – Females are preferred
- Bachelor in any discipline
- Proven experience in sales as a sales coordinator
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have knowledge in LPO
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be fluent in English
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team by preparing sales documents, quotations, meeting tender and delivery deadlines.
- Processing sales order, invoice and delivery note in order to reach on time
- Coordinate and execute sales and service events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that any issues are handled immediately.
- Track sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
