Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary – AED 4000 – 5000 + other company benefits

Requirements:

  • Nationality – Filipino
  • Gender – Females are preferred
  • Bachelor in any discipline
  • Proven experience in sales as a sales coordinator
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have knowledge in LPO
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team by preparing sales documents, quotations, meeting tender and delivery deadlines.
  • Processing sales order, invoice and delivery note in order to reach on time
  • Coordinate and execute sales and service events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that any issues are handled immediately.
  • Track sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
  • Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
