Job Description:
- Provide Operations services as Back Office Team Member within Major Service Providers in Saudi Arabia as Part of Managed services Team.
- The candidate expected to support Mobile packet Core and SP-WiFi Solutions end-end.
- Ability to lead team of 10 members and act as backup technical lead when required.
- This role is customer facing, excellent customer presentation skills and relationship management required.
- Accountability for team results in terms of operations outcomes, SLA’s and change management accuracy and processes.
- Excellent understanding of 2G/3G/4G mobile packet core (LTE, UMTS , GPRS), mobile transport and backhaul technologies, Applications such as Policy, and Billing.
- Understanding of 5G and Telco-cloud.
- Must have prior operational Experience and solid understanding of ITIL Framework.
