Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

 

As an Information Technologies Support Engineer on our team, you will perform support of IT operations, support system operations, document issues, and work directly with end-users in the corporate offices and high-tech medical laboratory.

  • Mandarin Speaking preferred.
  • Familiar with troubleshooting common productivity tools such as: 
    • Windows OS – Advanced
    • Mac OS – Advanced
    • Excel – Advanced
    • SCCM – Intermediate 
    • Experience with Active Directory User Management – Intermediate
    • Exchange / outlook – Intermediate
    • Kaspersky – Intermediate
    • Bitlocker – Intermediate
    • Office products – Advanced
  • JIRA Service Desk or ServiceNow strong usage experience
  • UAE Driving License
