- Having expertise with Kronos workforce dimensions, scheduling, rostering & ERP (JD Edwards) system
- Familiarity with defining regular and overtime time card rules and calculations
- Working knowledge of exception rules and mappings with employee payroll
- Expertise in Time and attendance system processes and integrations with ERP systems
- Expertise in ERP (JD Edwards) HCM system and data pull from other systems
