Job Title: HR Specialist-Employee Relation
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
- Preparing and running monthly payroll.
- Manage employee transactions in the DoF ERP System
- Creating new joiners in the system
- Handling employee exist process.
- Knowledge and automation of the DoF/ ERP system
- Knowledge and implementation of the HR government policies and grading scale
- Preparing internal and external reports.
- Issuing health cards
- Knowledgeable about compensation and benefits framework and process drafting correspondence in Arabic and English
