Job Title: HR Manager
Work Location: Cairo, Egypt
Requirements:
- Age not more than 40
- Strong personality yet professional
- Creative, and analytical
- Team Player, with excellent communication skills.
- Multitasked with a “I can do” attitude
- Presentable, and pleasant
- FMCG or Food Manufacturing & Distribution industry is a MUST!
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant degree, MBA in HR is a PLUS
- Minimum 5 years as an HR Manager (All functions)
- Experience leading an HR function for 1000 employees or more is a MUST!
- Advanced MS Excel is essential
- Fluent English (spoken & written) with proper accent is a MUST!
- HR Certificates are preferred
Job Description:
- Manage full spectrum of HR which includes: Talent Acquisition, OD, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development.
- Create/update polices, SLA, and SOP as needed
- Create Performance Management and KPIs for all departments
- Build a learning culture from scratch
- Create JD’s, Career Path, salary scale and grading system
