Job Location: Dubai, United Arab

Job Requirements & Job Duties:

  • Should have 3 years’ experience on a similar role.
  • The Executive Assistant (EA) role is one to further enhance the director’s capacity to expand, develop and manage the business effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the range of her/his work.
  • Ability to Develop, maintain and review administration systems to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Ability to Facilitate meetings, schedule debriefing meetings so follow up action can be implemented, also be arranging refreshments, seating and taking minutes if required to do so.
  • Ability to respond to Board members and other stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner both Verbally and in writing.
