Job Title: Business Coordinator

Work Location: United Arab Emirates

Roles:

  • Responsible for coordinating their activities on a day to day basis for the smooth functioning of the company between various departments
  • He/she is responsible for purchasing activities of the company as well as working according to the budget, listing goods needed, keeping a check on inventory.
  • Required to work as a link between the manufacturers and the sales team to keep them on the same page regarding projects.
  • Experience in preparing tenders and quotations is an essential requirement for this post
  • Experience in preparing purchase orders, invoices, etc. is a must
  • He/she must get in touch with clients/customers to understand their requirements and then convey these requirements to the project team so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Must maintain important documentation and have a structured and a very well-organized filing approach
  • Must possess proficient knowledge of using Microsoft Excel
    Candidate must have very good communication skills for this post.
