Job Overview
Job Title: BPO Manager
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 10,000 AED
Job Requirements:
- Ability to develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities
- Ability to conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
- Ability to collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
- Ability to assume the responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses
- Ability to Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
- Ability to Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
- Ability to Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
- Ability to Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
