Job Title: BPO Manager

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 10,000 AED

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities
  • Ability to conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
  • Ability to collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
  • Ability to assume the responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses
  • Ability to Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
  • Ability to Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
  • Ability to Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
  • Ability to Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
