Job Title: BMC ITSM Consultant
Work Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Must have certifications and experience on.
- Module à BMC Remedy ITSM
- Module à BMC BCM (Client Management)
Sound understanding, hands-on experience, and knowledge on configuring the module to meet the following:
- Change management
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Service asset and configuration management
- Service level management
- Service request management
- Knowledge management
- Creating workflow and approval flows
- Custom reports
- Integration with Active Directory
- Integration with BMC BCM
- All integrations with the Incident Management and Problem Management features of BMC Service Desk, BMC Change Management, TMS, and Cost Module should use the provided interface forms. This abstracts any future integration from underlying changes to those applications and modules.
Added advantage will be:
- Integration with TrueSight and Entuity
- Background on implementing service management and service delivery in an organization
