Job Title: Administrative Receptionist

- Should have some experience or knowledge in social media marketing and creating content (website) – Effective English speaking, composing and writing skills
- Responsible, reliable and flexible to work in various environments
- Should have strong interpersonal /communication skills and the ability to work within a diverse atmosphere.
- Should be able to interact with all levels of management,office staffs, and the clients we represent – Ability to multi task and complete work within designated time frames
- Excellent presentation skills and able to generate reports and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint – Managing clients and customers
