Product Owner
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
The selected candidate will be a product owner, working on developing an online banking channels for Transaction Banking.
Job Requirements/Required Skills:
- Must have business knowledge and not technical developer
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in Agile development methodology
- Expertise in Transaction Banking cash management and trade finance products
- Expertise in writing user journeys and user stories
- Good knowledge of market and competitors
- Expertise in creating seamless experience for customers using online banking platforms
- Expertise in making online channels as simple and intuitive as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Product owner responsibilities in an Agile development team
- Defining the product/ project vision and communicating with all stakeholders including Customers, Business and development and design teams.
- Managing and prioritizing product/ project backlog & expectations based on time & scope
- Researching and anticipating customer needs while working with scrum team to solve complex problems.
- Oversee and be available to the development team & scrum master during development stages and giving final approval on completed work.
- Involvement in product strategy and planning
- Act as a test resource undertaking regression testing after software releases
